i enjoyed the spacious beautiful king room it had great lighting. the golf course view was pleasant. the housekeeping team was responsive to my needs .
the shower pressure was inconsistent, a minor issue though.

lovely manor stay
beautiful ground comfortable bed
the house was fantastic. the grounds were among the best i experienced at any of my stays. the dinner was very good too. i also appreciated the comfortable bed in my room.
i found that the menu was quite limited and repetitive. if you are staying for several nights, it could become a bit boring.

the junior staff were cute and hard working, wanting guests to enjoy their visit. i found the reception staff efficient during check-in and check-out processes. the restaurant staff provided prompt and courteous service during meals.

the room was warm it was also comfortable. breakfast had good quality items there was also an extensive choice.
my room faced a small internal courtyard that was disappointing. the waiting staff was young they were polite.

Mixed Experience Due to Service Issues
shower drain low profile
the main drain in the wet room backed up during my shower. it flooded the floor area, and i had to call for assistance. while someone came quickly and stopped the flooding, i found this unacceptable. the management team did not offer an apology or even a complimentary coffee (a small gesture would have been nice).
